How Do I Post an E-Job?
Print out these instructions before you start.
- Before adding this item to your shopping cart, you must place an ad with E-Jobs.
Placing ads is fast and easy; go to the E-Jobs site, click Place Ads, and follow the
prompts.
- Make a note of the Ad Number. Return to this page and type your Ad Number in
the box beside the Order button.
(The quantity of ads you purchase here must match the number of months you
indicated when uploading your E-Jobs Ad. )
- Purchase E-Jobs ad space the same way you would purchase any other item.
If you have any questions Email us. Ads will not be viewable to the general public until
they are approved. Ads uploaded Sunday through Thursday will be made viewable the
next day. Ads uploaded Friday and Saturday will be made viewable the following
Monday.
Tips for Posting
- Add a photo of women in your company, research shows that this is the number
one most effective strategy for attracting women to male-dominated occupations.
- If you have biographies of women in your company on your Web site, include a
web-link to them in your ad
- If you have women in key or top positions in your company mention this.
- If you have any benefits that would be especially attractive to women, such as paid
maternity leave or on-site childcare mention this in your ad.
- Include the city and state of your company as our site has a national audience.
- If you would like your department e-mail address to be visible include it in the job
description.
