need more time. I can already see that the course will be too
short! I'm very interested in follow-up classes on harassment.
- Consider
showing some Departments' recruiting videos.
- Establish
a professional diversity/women law enforcement organization/group.
- Offer workshop
on a regional base/sites multiple locations.

recommendation is to change training days for a Wednesday and

of points in PowerPoint presentation, skimmed over some key points
too fast
- Needs to
be 3 days to allow for more discussion.Unfortunately good information
got cut off.

- Very worthwhile.
I would like to go to a follow-up session specifically on preventing
harassment.
- This course
validates what FHP is doing and we are on track.
- In our agency
different people are responsible for retention and the hiring.
I'm just responsible for recruitment. I believe there should be
separate training workshops.

updated info on needs
